In the past week, we have experienced an increase in properties available on the market. There has also been a spike in the number of people attending inspections.

Our property management team leased a total of 9 properties in the last week, being four units ranging from $130 – $285 per week, and five houses ranging from $290 – $350 per week. We have seen a strong demand for properties in Kooringal and Glenfield Park and a decline in interest in Central properties over recent weeks.
