What are outgoings?
Outgoings are costs incurred by the Lessor in relation to the premises. Outgoings can include the following:
- Local council rates and charges
- Land tax
- Water availability and consumption
- Sewer/ trade waste
- Insurance
- Owns corporation levies/ contributions
