Renovation Series | Part 2

Earlier this year we kicked off our brand new blog series revealing incredible, local home makeovers that we’ve been lucky enough to witness over the years.

In part 1, we looked at a dreamy Turvey Park renovation. If you missed that one, you can catch up on it here.

In today’s post, we’ll be exploring the transformative power of simple changes that can be made to a home.

This entire home, while loved and appreciated, received a fresh coat of paint, new flooring, blinds, lighting and fans.

The kitchen was thoughtfully upgraded with new appliances, new cupboard doors and flooring. The layout of the original kitchen presented functionality and plenty of storage space, so it’s easy to see why that was retained.

From warmer tones to cooler ones, the owners were able to achieve a more modern, open look which is highly sought after in the current market.

This renovation, while simple, created a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere that was admired by many.

Attracting numerous viewers at the first open home, it didn’t take long for this house to go under contract.

Stay tuned for more beautiful Wagga renovations.
