bellevue_buyersFollowing an extensive advertising campaign, 23 Bellevue Parade, Kooringal Heights was sold at auction last Saturday.

The vendors wanted the property to be portrayed in the best possible light throughout the four week auction campaign, taking advantage of marketing tools such as night photography, professional video tour and a floorplan.

The property attracted significant interest with well over 1,200 website hits and an average of 24 groups per Saturday open house. The video tour received over 800 views.

There were three registered bidders on auction day. After a fierce bidding war, the property was sold under the hammer.
