Selling your home is a big deal for all members of the family, pets included.

When we photograph properties, we frequently come across the “real” owners who often know the features of the property better than their humans. They’ll tell you where’s the best spot to sit to have breakfast or soak up the sun, the nicest view, or the quietest and cosiest retreats… They might even consider themselves the best feature of the home.

Whether they’re cute and cuddly, or aloof and stand-offish, they’re often quite insistent about their house… unfortunately no-one told them that pets aren’t considered inclusions with the sale of the property!

Here are some of our furry friends who insisted on trying to feature in the marketing of their homes… some were more subtle about it than others!
