IKEA must haves

25/11/2015

The world’s largest furniture retailer, IKEA, has opened its doors in Canberra recently, with more than 12,000 people turning out to its grand opening last week.

If you’ve never stepped foot in an IKEA store you really must go and check it out! One thing is certain you’ll leave the store spending more money than you thought you would as they sell absolutely everything! Ready-to-assemble furniture is the obvious choice, but they also sell everything from pots and pans, complete kitchens, beds, lounges, flooring and so much more!

Here are our top 7 must have pieces from IKEA:

1. IKEA has a great selection of frames in every imaginable shape, size and colour. Best of all they are inexpensive and stylish.

2. To display the photo frames, you need one of these picture frame ledges. They’re only $7.99!

3. IKEA is well known for their clever storage ideas and you can find plenty of useful items that will help solve your storage issues in your home. By lifting this bed off the floor and putting storage drawers underneath, plenty of extra storage is added to this tight room.
