It’s been a busy January at Fitzpatricks with our sales team conducting 379 open homes and private inspections and receiving 64 offers on properties.
January is typically a busy time for open homes and inspections. We have seen great numbers this January which can only mean good news for our vendors.
Sales in January stood strong with 24 in total. This number is slightly lower than average which can be attributed to the Christmas and holiday period. We anticipate that this number will increase in February due to the increased activity in January.
If you are looking to buy, we listed 29 new properties in January. Listings have been consistent and we expect there to be an increase in the coming months as our agents have conducted 81 market appraisals for January alone.
This busy period is tipped to continue into February and we will certainly have some hot new properties to launch and a steady flow of sales.
Our Property Management team has had a record breaking January, leasing 77 properties. This is a record not only for Fitzpatricks but also for Wagga. We can attribute this success to having two full time leasing consultants and also using quality marketing to ensure the property is shown in its best light.
