What’s on this Easter



With the Easter long weekend just around the corner, we would love to share with you some things to do in Wagga Wagga and the Riverina.

The Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens are celebrating 50 years and have organised an Triple M Easter Egg hunt at 9am on Easter Saturday, followed by old time games including the egg and spoon race, free entertainment and food stalls. The entertainment will continue on Sunday with Picnic in the Park with live music by The String Family, The Tin Shed Rattlers and Mojo, Museum of the Riverina will have a Wiradjuri craft demonstration and the miniature railway will be operating with a special hop-on, hop-off service to the Museum. The Zoo and Aviary will also be open to explore. Markets by the Lake will also be on in Lake Albert on the Saturday.

If you would like to head out of Wagga then Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory are hosting the Ultimate Easter Egg Hunt on the Sunday for just $2 per child, Temora Aviation Museum are holding an aircraft showcase over the weekend,  Denifest is happening in Deniliquin, the Leeton Sunrice Festival  is on and Griffith are celebrating with the Griffith Easter Party.
