During the month of October, we will be hosting a number of community events and in addition to supporting the McGrath Foundation, we will also be donating a sum per listing or management we receive during October.

For every property listed for sale during October, Fitzpatricks Real Estate will donate $200
For every new management listed during October, Fitzpatricks Real Estate will donate $50

Each of these listings will also go in the draw to win a Pink Hamper valued at $200 which includes one month’s FREE management for your residential investment property. Additionally, Fitzpatricks Real Estate will aso be holding a number of community events. Bring along your friends and family to help raise money for the McGrath Foundation.
